Invigorate Church believes in plural ministry. That means to us that the church or ministry should not revolve around one person or personality. While it seems that many organizations follow this trend, we believe it is unhealthy and ultimately not biblical. Plurality means there will always be key leaders and a sense of direction in our leadership style however, we strive to keep all areas of ministry a team effort. Teams are essential to maintaining longevity and are also crucial to raising up new leaders and the next generation.
